i started It Girl Agency in 2018 because i saw something that didn’t exist yet - a space where motherhood was celebrated, not treated as a limitation. i was an influencer myself and felt firsthand how isolating and overwhelming it could be to navigate brand work, family life, and simply being a whole human.
our mission is to create an agency built on care, not just management. a place where creators are supported in their ambition, but also understood in their season. our team has supported hundreds of meaningful partnerships across the motherhood + lifestyle space, but what i’m most proud of is the trust, community, and genuine relationships we’ve built.
