we know you’ve got a million tabs open in your brain right now (yes, you left the oven on, but it’s fine) but we're so grateful and excited that you are taking time out of your schedule to attend our annual retreat.

this weekend will be all about you — meeting your manager, swapping tips with other moms that double as creators, and diving into all things influencing and community. because they really do go hand-in-hand here at it girl agency.

THE SCHEDULE.

FRIDAY, JUNE 6

  • ~1pm: arrive to chicago - we’ll be at our b&b to great you with coffee and pastries from good ambler.

  • 3:30pm: once you’ve settled in and given your manager a big squeeze, we’ll be hitting the loop for the chicago architecture tour!*

  • 5pm: ready for your close up? get ready for a mini branding shoot* with it girl agency.

  • 815pm: dinner at tivoli tavern … bring an appetite!

SATURDAY, JUNE 7

  • morning activity (choose one!):

    • 8am: coffee at la colombe + hot mom walk* … you didn’t think we’d forget about coffee, did you?

    • 8am: pilates at studio west* to get your sweat on!

  • 9:30am: breakfast at our b&b. that’s it, and it’s going to be delicious.

  • 11:30am: we’re ready to strategize as a team! workshop presentation and Q&A with emma spring, influencer marketing manager at zapwater communications.

  • 2pm: after a busy morning, you’ll be relaxing at aire baths with other creators.

  • 5pm: the happiest of happy hours + dinner with the team! meet us at cabra for food, drinks, and views (and we’re not just talking about the gorgeous ladies at it girl wink).

  • 8pm: sit back and relax with snacks and a movie playing in the b&b’s theatre. no shoes required!

SUNDAY, JUNE 8

  • 8am: breakfast at our b&b.

  • ~10am: goodbyes and head to the airport.

    • Arriving at ORD: You will take an Uber to our B&B. It Girl Agency will provide an Uber voucher that you will apply to your ride.

    • During the event: We will be walking and / or taking Ubers for the weekend. It Girl Agency will handle all bookings but you will be supplied with Uber vouchers, if needed.

  • We will get set up in a group chat via text with the It Girl Agency team + all creators attending! This will be set up the week of our event.

  • The only activity that talent managers will not be attending are the AIRE Baths. This is just for our creators!

  • You will receive an email from It Girl Agency by March 30th sharing your flight information and B&B details. Be sure to save this information and reach out ahead of the event for any questions!
