lydia jean has been in the influencer industry for nearly 10 years. her experience is extensive, working with micro to mega influencers and consulting + managing influencer campaigns with some of your favorite brands. she started it girl agency in 2018 with a focus on micro + mid creators in the motherhood niche.

as it girl agency evolved, the agency has become a household name in the motherhood + lifestyle niche. we work with influencers and creators such as @candi.ortega1, @Maria.layton, @emilyvondy, @lindseygurk, and more. since day one, my priority has always Been our creators and i make it a priority to provide 1:1 communication and management with high-performing, high paying campaigns.
